About Lisa
Lisa has over 15 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing field, beginning her career as a personal trainer in the UK and the Netherlands before retraining as a health coach. She spent seven years supporting clients both privately and within the NHS, helping them improve their health through sustainable lifestyle and nutrition changes.
Now, as a nutritional therapist and health coach, Lisa combines evidence-based nutrition with practical coaching to support clients with hormonal imbalances (including irregular cycles, peri-menopause and menopause), gut-related disorders, chronic disease, low energy, weight loss support and overall wellbeing. Her work is informed by a three-year diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and grounded in a belief in the body’s natural ability to heal, build resilience, and protect long-term health.
Outside of her practice, Lisa is a mum of three and values balance, movement, fresh air, and enjoying food in a way that supports both physical and mental health.
