Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness. Clinical Hypnotherapy is the use of an altered state of consciousness, or trance.
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness. Clinical Hypnotherapy is the use of an altered state of consciousness, or trance, to achieve a therapeutic endpoint. This means that people are not treated with hypnosis but are treated in hypnosis. All hypnotic states are characterised by a tremendously pleasant state of relaxation.
It is a natural and effective technique for accessing the subconscious mind which helps to unleash potential, change unwanted habits and behaviour by finding solutions to our problems and concerns.
Clinical Hypnotherapy may help with losing weight, quitting smoking, anxiety, pregnancy and childbirth and conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and stress related skin conditions.
