Sophie is a successful psychotherapist with 25 years experience. Sophie uses an integrative approach.

Sophie abides by a strict code of professional conduct as set out by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO) and the UKCP. Sophie Works with Clients with integrity, commitment, and compassion to enable them to make positive change.

Sophie is experienced in working with all ages adults, children and adolescents. Sophie is a member of the NCH, UKCHO and the NHS Trusts Association (NHSTA 6772). She is properly supervised, insured, and CRB checked.

Sophie offers Positive Parental Coaching. Sophie understands that parenting is a tough job, you are on call 24 hours a day, with no training, no supervision, no holidays. Parenting can be frustrating, difficult and hard work. It can also be the most rewarding and satisfying thing that you will ever do.
