About Tricia


Tricia is a Registered Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists, adhering to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. She is insured by Towergate Professional Services and has an Enhanced Certificate with the Disclosure and Barring Service.


Tricia is an experienced, professional counsellor and can help individuals, couples and families resolve or understand issues causing emotional or physical distress. In counselling conversations you may want to explore experiences in your past, disappointments, communication difficulties or issues you would like to change which may be affecting your happiness now.


Tricia works in private practice and for many years worked for Relate using an integration of psychodynamic, systemic and narrative therapy. This enables her to offer a flexible model of counselling that fits with your needs, providing short or longer term work using a number of approaches including solution focused and cognitive behaviour therapy.
